Print the e-mail confirmation invoice we send you and mail it back to us with your payment. We accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks and Business Checks. (Personal & Business Checks take 10 days to clear.) Please include eBay item # and your e-mail address when mailing Checks & Money Orders.

Note: To Avoid Delays in Order Processing, please include your: Name, eBay Item#, Email address, and Shipping Address along with your payment. If we receive a personal check for payment, we will hold the order until cleared before we ship the items.

Terms & Conditions:

- We want satisfied customers so we will accept returns or order cancellations with a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees both ways. Actual freight bill costs will be provided at the time of the return.

Bid Cancellation:
SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY. We do not cancel auction bids: According to Ebay policy on bid retraction, it is the responsibility of the buyer to retract his/her bid before the auction ends. If the auction has ended, and the winning bidder chooses not to pay, we will follow eBay's policy on non-paying bidders by filing to recover our listing and final value fees. If the buyer has already paid and later decides they did not want the item, we will charge a 10% service fee on the total payment to cover all costs involved in processing, preparing, and packaging the order.


Freight Shipping
- Note for large items: When paying for this item, please provide a phone number where you may be contacted. In the event that this item needs to be shipped via freight, the freight company will need to contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Expect items shipping by freight to arrive 7 to 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. In the event we are not provided a phone number and the buyer is unable to be contacted, we will request the on-file phone number from eBay. Please be sure your eBay information is up-to-date.

- Someone must be present at the time of delivery to assist the driver; if not, the freight company may charge you an additional fee. Before signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for packaging to show some wear. However, if there is extensive visible damage to the item itself, refuse delivery and email our RMA department at service@stendmar.com where we will handle the return or exchange. The ultimate goal is to ship the item to you as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your valued cooperation.

- Important: Please know that we will not be liable for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been accepted upon delivery. We will warranty parts and any hardware needed for the item. Any returns after the package has been accepted will be at the cost of the buyer and refunds will be less the original shipping costs.

SHIP BY FEDEX GROUND INFORMATION:
SHIPPING FEE FOR 48 STATES IN USA ONLY (EXCEPT P.O. BOX OR APO).
All items usually ship in 3-5 Business days, after payment is received, via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery once item ships. All items shipped via FedEx are fully insured against damage during shipment, so please contact us before leaving feedback so we can file a claim for insurance and replace your item.

All shipping fees are calculated by the computerized Fedex Ground shipping schedule and rate program. If the total weight has exceed 150lbs. we will email the shipping rate to the customer before proceeding with the order.

- 7 to 14 Business Days After Processing
This is an oversized item that is shipped through a freight company and will arrive at your address about 7 to 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time.

- Once the Truck Reaches Your Delivery Address?
The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will NOT take it inside.
Because oversized items are heavy and often difficult to handle, we strongly recommend that you have help available to remove the product from the truck and move it to its final location.

- Before You Sign for the Delivery
Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. Please keep in mind that it is normal for the packaging to show some wear.

- If There is Visible Damage to the Package's Contents
If there is visible content damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact a Customer Service associate by calling 1-909-673-1108. Please have your order number available when you call. Your order number can be located on your invoice.

- Geographic Limitations on Delivery of this Item
Please note: Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or APO/FPO addresses. At this time, delivery is limited to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

FOR APO, FPO, ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO:
The shipping fee will not appear on your order form due to the computerized UPS shipping schedule and rate program. For shipping to these areas, all orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.  We will notify the customer regarding the shipping fees prior to shipment of merchandise.  With Priority Mail, we cannot guarantee that the merchandise will be delivered within 3 days; however, it is usually delivered within 3 days.

PURCHASE AND RETURN POLICIES:

-Credit cards drawn on banks outside of the United States will not be accepted for payment.-Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00pm Central Standard Time will shipped the 3-5 business day.
-Orders placed for delivery to a different address than that of the cardholder needed to be confirmed by phone, email, or fax.  The cardholder will need to confirm the sale either by phone, or by email or fax.  Once the order has been verified, the merchandise will be shipped to the third party.

-Orders placed for merchandise not in-stock will be shipped as soon they become available.

-Unlike many other online retailers, we DO NOT bill credit cards before an order is processed.
-Welcomedepot reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including for no reason at all.
