it was not the fault of WelcomeDepot or FedEx, rather the manufacturer themselves.
When I contacted WelcomeDepot, they were quick to rectify the situation
and apologized profusely. I received my new shipment a day earlier than

My excellent rating is based on
the outstanding customer service I received. My product arrived in damaged
condition. When I called to report the situation, WelcomeDepot (Tina) took
excellent care of me. Communication back and forth was courteous, prompt,
and frequent to resolve my problem. Within a week I had a new cabinet shipped
to my address. Plus two coat rack stands for my trouble. The damaged one
could be disposed of at their expense, but I am probably keeping it for
storage. If I decide to dispose of it, I know I can count on Tina to credit
me accordingly. I recommend this vendor. I was truly impressed by their
professional customer service. I have already recommended them to friends.

This is really a quality organization.
Service and shipping on my order were excellent, right from the start. I
received confirmation on my order immediately. It was shipped promptly.
And it arrived quickly - before the quoted due date. Unfortunately the product
(jewel cases) was not up to par - they broke easily when assembled. When
I complained about this in my initial evaluation, I received an apology
from WelcomeDepot within about 5 minutes. They offered to replace the defective
products and promised to pass my concerns on to the manufacturer. I have
done a lot of shopping on the web and have experienced both good and bad
service. But I can't think of an instance when I received more prompt and
courteous attention to a problem than this. Since no retailer can guarantee
that every product will be perfect, the real test of a quality organization
is how it responds to a problem. WelcomeDepot passed this test with flying
colors. I will definitely be back as a customer. |

The test of a merchant is not when
everything goes fine..it's really when you learn how they handle a problem.
In my case, a table top was damaged in transit. This merchant arranged for
pick up of the damaged piece and shipped a new one for delivery within 3
days. Really darn good! PLUS even before this, they topld me the peiec I
bought was to go on sale in a few days - So they credited me the reduction
- another $40 off.. This is excellent thoughtful customer care all around.

I placed theorder. I was missing one part. I called and described what I
was missing. They called me back the next day, confirming exactly which
part I was shorted. They even UPS'd the part, and a few extras to spare!
I'm very impressed with this company, It's the first time I've ordered from
them. I did a search on Yahoo for a clothes tree, which is not an easy item
to find in a store, and I saw their items, and thought their price was right.
The item is very sturdy and is already being used for the jackets and hats
we're now wearing for our cold Chicago autumn. I will definitely keep WelcomeDepot

it wasn't welecome depot's fault,
but more fed ex. they first broke the package and had to return it. welcome
depot responded by giving me 20 back on my credit card. when fed ex failed
again because they wouldn't deliver it for reasons of it being too heavy
by 2 lbs, welecome depot gave me the item for free and i had to pay for
shipping. welcome depot is a great store. |

When shipping method was changed
to Fedex from USPS, they responded quickly to get the package mailed to
an alternate address ( because Fedex requires someone to be at home to deliver).
And they reduced the shipping charge as well to accomodate the change. It
was really refreshing to find such a customer oriented site 5 star rating. |

After I placed my order, they called
to let me know the camera was out of stock; they offered another camera,
but I wanted a specific one, so I cancelled my order. Later in the day,
they called again. They had found the camera I wanted in their warehouse
and offered it to me at $20.00 less than the original price which was already
cheaper than anywhere else! It arrived exactly when they told me it would. |
